I’m catching up on some reading. The link below is interesting. So many people get caught up in Rigor and Relevance that they forget that the two “R’s” are part of a larger four “R’s.” Almost everyone forgets about the remaining two “R’s:” Relationships and Reflection. This article is about the necessity to build relationships if you want change and reform to be successful. I spend a lot of time talking about the need to build and sustain relationships as a leader. I’m sending it out to the students I just had in EDUC 6110 as we talked about the need to build relationships several times.
