Ethics in our organizational leaders

As we move toward final approval of our Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership program, we continue to look for articles and research that will serve as instructional resources for our curriculum.  The areas of ethics and trust building are significant aspects of leader effectiveness.  The following article by Doug Wilson, “Where leadership direction and employee engagement meet” speaks to these issues.  In particular, his “Leadership Implications” guide provides some excellent guidance.  It’s a good read!
