Country, people, learning and economy which were once separate are now interconnected and interdependent. I am focusing on the four core lessons that Mark Striebeck stresses: -A little attention goes a long way -Letting go -Getting credit -Keeping going Coping with complexity is about building and sustaining the ability in oneself, people, and the organization to be able to take on any new opportunities and not about predicting the future or reducing risk.
